Essays should be no longer than thirty pages double-spaced, inclusive of notes. Film and Philosophy, the journal of the Society for the Philosophic Study of the Contemporary Visual Arts, seeks essays on themes relating to film for its next issue. Submissions should use film in a significant way in order to support philosophically interesting claims. This issue will contain a special section devoted to the work of Woody Allen.
